IELTS READING ESSENTIAL TIPS AND TRICKS

We are again glad to present you tips and tricks for ielts writing. Because of its logical type of questions, many students find it difficult to do. However, if you follow below tips and tricks, you can score really good marks in writing. So, the tips are given below :

- UNDERSTAND QUESTION
Before you start your writing, make sure that you have understood the question clearly. Most of the students don't understand the question and do wrong answer.

- USE OF DIFFERENT WORDS
In writing, you shouldn't repeat the same words in your answers but use different similar words like : to show difference; howerver, whereas, but, etc. to show similarity;  similarly, likewise, etc. and various words in various cases.

- WAYS OF WRITING
Avoid all informal ways of writing. There are some rules of writing you should follow. For example: no abbreviations, no 1st and 2nd pronoun or possessive (I, you, me, my, your), except in conclusion where you have to state your opinion

- PARAGRAPH CONTENTS
While doing writing, you should keep in mind that your each body paragraph has included: the topic sentence, supporting sentences (2-3 sentences), development sentences (evidence: example, experience, data). In many languages (English included), there are many ways to develop a body paragraph, which results in a situation where that topic sentence is not the first sentence. But you are advised to put the topic sentence at the beginning of each body paragraph. Don’t be creative in this case.

- GET YOUR WORK CHECKED
Sometimes practising writing in home and don't getting it checked by your teacher/tutor results problem. If you get your writings checked by your teachers/tutors then you can know about your errors and get chances to make your writings more nice and error free.

- TIME MANAGEMENT
Like other parts of ielts, in writing also you should be able to manage your time and complete your answers within given time. Generally, it is better if you start your writing with task 2 and do task 1 at last but don't take more than 35 minutes to do task 2 so that you will have enough time for task 1.

At last, don't worry if you can't do good writing at first. Practise more and you will be able to achieve your goal marks.
